After your China Train tickets have been issued from CTT, We will have a issue number which is the proof by which that you can print the tickets at any of the tickets selling offices and train stations tickets selling offices. we will send the issue number in our final confirmation letter to you, you can use your passport and the number to get the tickets at any of the tickets selling office , ( there will be a RMB 5 /per tickets service charge from the selling offices on the street ) or train stations to get your tickets.

We will send you a mobile message with your issue number in it and this will be very convenient for you to get the ticket from the train station or ticket office show the clerk the tickets issue number in your mobile. You don't need to print out our final confirmation and take it by you.

Please pay attention to print your train tickets at train stations, you have to find the tickets selling window there and give them both of your passports and issue number, but the people wait in line there will be very long. So CTT suggest you to print your train tickets at the tickets offces on the street, the one that near your hotel or living address, one day prior to your departure date. It will no risk of waiting too long to miss your train.

If you have to get the tickets on the departure date at train station, we suggest you arrival the train station at least 2 hours ago, at least 3 hours ago in peak season, like before spring festival or May 1st, Oct 1st. etc.

Please note you must get the tickets printed out, you can not board the train only with the number and your passports.
