First choose departure city and arrival city, or by paticular train numbers search the trains you know exactly the train numbers, click "search" button to find the train you want. All the trains between these two cities will be showed.

Reserve the train you would like to take, and fill our reservation form with all necessary informations. Please do view our terms & conditions before you booking train tickets with us.

When you finished your reservation form, there will show the Pay Now button by PayPal to settle the full payment. Click the Pay Now button you can easily finished the payment by Paypal. Your full payment is a must to settle the bookings. If you don't know to use Paypal, please check How to use Paypal.

After your full payment, A Payment Received Confirmation Letter will reach you within 12 hours. It confirms we have received your full payment and your bookings have been settled. Please wait for our Final Confirmation. If you can not find it, please check your spammed email folder, if still not, please contact us [email protected]

We will give you A Final Confirmation as soon as possible when we issued the tickets for you. Usualy 4 to 10 days before your departure date. If we failed to issued the tickets for you, we will inform you at least 3 days before the departure date and fully refund your prepayment.

The train tickets will be delivery to you by Express Delivery companies. Usually the delivery company will leave the mail reception or concierge of your hotel, please do inform the reception to collect the mail for you. Some Hostel or hotels they won't tell you we have deliveried the mail to reception, so you'd better to check there by yourself. Please ask them for your express delivery mail, DO NOT ASK FOR TRAIN TICKETS SINCE IT IS IN YOUR MAIL ENVELOPE!
